We have 3 patients to 1 RN ratio.\r\n\r\n\t\tNorthside Holiday Expectations : \r\n\t\tMUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3 : \r\n\t\tThanksgiving Day \r\n\t\tChristmas Day\r\n\t\tNew Years Day\r\n\t\tAND\r\n\t\t1 Minor Holiday : \r\n\t\tDay after Thanksgiving \r\n\t\tChristmas Eve\r\n\t\tNew Years Eve Guaranteed Hours : 36 Weekly Contract Weeks : 89
