Shift : Weekdays / Weekends
Schedule : Monday- Friday 5 : 00a-5 : 00p
Location / Setting : Tulsa, OK
Payrate Starting From - $25.00 / hr. +Benefits

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN / LPN / LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
