Role will report directly to the CEO and is based in Houston, TX.
Exceptional communication skills, virtually or in person.
Must be comfortable making outbound calls to prospects, working with a team, issue resolution, and able to communicate BoldMD value propositions at events.
Email marketing skills for lead nurturing.
Ability to create and review content to drive qualified leads. High performance, high productivity, working with a team to maximize email lead scoring engagement monthly.
Client account management skills managing the success of our client’s partnership.
Help drive revenue through working with a senior account director and content strategists to drive results for our clients and resolve client issues.
Events execution
Lead a team to strategize, prepare and execute strategic events. Meet new prospects at events, communicate our value proposition in person and grow our client base.
Paid ads strategy
Need a comprehensive understanding of paid ad platforms, KPIs, analytics and general paid ads management best practices. Work closely with paid ads strategists to drive results and communicate the deliverables and strategies to the clients.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
At least 8 years' experience in performance marketing at an agency
Proven management experience
Knowledge of market research techniques
Working knowledge of CRM software
Understanding of budgeting and reporting
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
