Searching for a well-rounded sales and marketing person with various skills to handle multiple functions and a paid ads agency account director background.

Must be able to make quick decisions with a well thought out plan and is ready to be promoted quickly to a senior position in the company.

Role will report directly to the CEO and is based in Houston, TX.

Exceptional communication skills, virtually or in person.

Must be comfortable making outbound calls to prospects, working with a team, issue resolution, and able to communicate BoldMD value propositions at events.

Email marketing skills for lead nurturing.

Ability to create and review content to drive qualified leads. High performance, high productivity, working with a team to maximize email lead scoring engagement monthly.

Client account management skills managing the success of our client’s partnership.

Help drive revenue through working with a senior account director and content strategists to drive results for our clients and resolve client issues.

Events execution

Lead a team to strategize, prepare and execute strategic events. Meet new prospects at events, communicate our value proposition in person and grow our client base.

Paid ads strategy

Need a comprehensive understanding of paid ad platforms, KPIs, analytics and general paid ads management best practices. Work closely with paid ads strategists to drive results and communicate the deliverables and strategies to the clients.

Exceptional communication

Leading clients' campaign advertising strategies

Managing creative teams

Briefing designers and copywriters

Developing and nurturing client relationships

Keeping projects on time and within budget

Setting objectives for creative teams

Monitoring the success of campaigns through reportable KPIs

Events coordination and execution

Managing external stakeholders.

Identifying new opportunities for growth

Job conditions

In office (located by the Galleria)

Flexible daily hours during work week

Regular travel for events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

At least 8 years' experience in performance marketing at an agency

Proven management experience

Knowledge of market research techniques

Working knowledge of CRM software

Understanding of budgeting and reporting

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills

Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
