The company promotes from within. The work schedule can be flexible. The duties and responsibilities include the following :
- Reading in interpreting engineering drawings
- Creating an operations sequence
- Programming, building and installing automation systems
- Traveling to client sites (typically not overnight) to commission and start up
- Integrating to third party devices within a building automation system
- Collaborating with the team on a weekly basis
- Troubleshooting
- Providing remote assistance to the customer
The successful candidate must have a background that includes the following :
- Two or more years of building automation systems or two years of installing automation systems
- One or more years of experience with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
- Possess the ability to travel to client sites (typically not overnight)
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
