Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Responsibilities include :
- Assist in accessing patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies, care to meet goals of Occupational Therapy interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Instructs patient / families / caregivers on patient's total occupational therapy program.
- Other occupational therapy duties as assigned per COTA scope of practice.
Qualifications :
- Graduated from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Maintain certification through the AOTA (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience (preferred)
