Role Overview :
As a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on NLP, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our AI-driven language tools.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to create models that enhance the accuracy, fluency, and overall effectiveness of our products.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning and NLP, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions that address complex language-related challenges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models focused on NLP tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP models into our products, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate and refine NLP algorithms, improving model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and machine learning, applying new techniques to enhance our solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven improvements to our models.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Strong experience in developing NLP applications, with proficiency in techniques like tokenization, entity recognition, and language modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, including RNNs, LSTMs, and Transformers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques for NLP tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
