The Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between multiple business units, the technology team, and vendors to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Additionally, the BSA will document stakeholder requirements, analyze business processes, measure / monitor process efficiency, help design effective solutions, and manage the delivery of small projects.
Desired Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong documentation skills
- Data analysis and data mapping skills
- Practical knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes is preferred
- Experience with Smartsheet and Power BI is a Plus
- Experience working for a healthcare provider is a Plus
