The Senior Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in creating a compassionate and caring environment for patients, families, and colleagues by providing exceptional nursing care and demonstrating empathy and active listening.
This position involves implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting patient care.
The role also includes collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive patient care plans and providing primary and emergency care for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a professional nursing degree, current RN license, and 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
