REQUIREMENTS :
- Must be able to pass a Farmers background check (criminal & financial)
- Must be financially savvy and stable
- Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience required
- Minimum 2 years management experience, preferred
- Past experience prospecting leads and new business highly preferred
- Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license(OR WILLING TO OBTAIN)
- Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license(OR WILLING TO OBTAIN)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Manage and coach a sales / support team to drive agency growth.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
