- Conduct oneonone mentoring sessions with clients
- Develop and implement personalized mentoring plans
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients in achieving their career goals
- Track client progress and outcomes
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Create new leads through social media engagement ie Linkedin Google and such (support provided)
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum 8 years of management experience across various industries
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities (executives team leaders & managers welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Resultsoriented and selfmotivated
- Entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued
