The group consists of 4 physicians and 5 advanced practice providers, aiming for 18-20 patients per day with full-time options available. Practice :

100% outpatient
Currently 4 Physicians and 5 APP S
Patients per day : 18-20
Target start date : ASAP
NO call

Hours :

The preference is full time but will consider 30 hours per week. Most of our full-time (40 hour / week) providers work 4 days per week.

Compensation :

Physician Base : $228K-$240K / yr

Loan Forgiveness : NHSC Student loan forgiveness

National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program :

We are a NHSC approved site. Physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide primary care services are eligible for the following :

Up to $75,000 for a full-time, two-year service commitment

Up to $37,500 for a half-time, two-year service commitment

Relocation : Up to 10K for providers

Physicians : up to $100k recruitment bonus, paid out over 5 years.

Malpractice : yes

PTO : New employees start out accruing 112 hours per year and max out at 260 hours per year by year 5.
