Candidates for our Entry Level Management training program are responsible for engaging with customers through interactive displays and promotions to promote our clients' products and services.
The on-site promotions we offer are very popular in big-box retailers since they reach customers while they are already in a 'buying' frame of mind.
Customer's can then make a fully informed and confident purchase decision thanks to this approach, which has shown impressive results.
Along with handling our clients' products, Management trainees will also be assigned a direct mentor to help coach them on the backend of running our business, as far as human resources management, client relations, profit and loss, and team management.
Management Trainee Responsibilities :
Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients
Learn how to develop and train entry level representatives
Communicate our clients promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients evolving products and services
Management Trainee Qualifications :
2 year or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS
Ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
