Data Analyst

OI Infusion partners with physicians and healthcare groups to provide comprehensive infusion therapy services in their offices.

We help our partners by allowing them to treat their patients in a comfortable, convenient, and affordable setting. We are seeking a Data Analyst who will play a critical role in optimizing business operations for our clinical intake team.

This role involves identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and drive effective decision making.

What you'll get to do :

  • Harness Your Analytical Prowess : Utilize SQL and Python to expertly manipulate, analyze, and visualize extensive datasets, unearthing insights that drive operational efficiency.
  • KPI Development and Reporting : Create visually compelling reports by developing, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), informing decision-making at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving : Work closely with the operations team to understand their needs and tackle complex challenges.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making : Be the driving force behind data-driven choices, meticulously analyzing data to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement Advocate : Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively contributing to process and tool enhancements, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and peak performance.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis : Assist with ad hoc data requests from the operations team.

Experience Needed :

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Have a deep understanding of the dynamics of data analytic fundamentals and the ability to drive meaningful insights.
  • Have expertise in relational SQL databases.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming with newer and emerging languages like Python.
  • Possess familiarity with business intelligence platforms. Experience with Looker preferred, but not required.
  • Are characterized by an unwavering attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Employ excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, conveying your findings and recommendations effectively.
  • May have experience working for a healthtech company. While healthcare industry experience is preferred, it is not a prerequisite for this role.
