Server Assistant- Curfew
Part-Time in Memphis, TN - Curfew Curfew is the latest concept from Celebrity Chef, Fabio Viviani, in Memphis. Curfew is a full-service restaurant offering a modern perspective with an upscale casual appeal.

We are looking for those who are motivated by an intense passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests to join our team.
Position : Runner / Busser
Duties :
- Provide quality, and genuine, hospitality in a timely manner
- Ensure that guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant
- Deliver food to the appropriate table, announcing each dish. Other specific duties are as follows :
- Pre-bus and clean tables
- Assist servers and bartenders with service as needed
- Stock server stations and the bar as needed
- Ability to transition between runner and busser duties based upon service needs and / or guest needs
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Passion for food and ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests
- Energetic and genuine positive attitude while interacting with team-members and all guests
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow directions
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30+ pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
