Gifford Retirement Community is seeking a Licensed Medication Nurse Assistant (LMNA) / Licensed Nurses Aid (LNA) to work in our Randolph Center, VT location.

Menig Nursing Home at Gifford Retirement Community, named for the late Howard and Gladys Menig of Braintree, opened in 1998.

This 30-bed nursing home located in the heart of beautiful Vermont is an outstanding facility and workplace and offers the highest standard in resident care.

This position will have split duties between the LMNA and LNA positions.

This LMNA / LNA deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to Menig’s residents with their ADLs and provide total care when needed.

He / she will also be responsible for ensuring and maintaining the safety of residents and following treatment plans and protocols under the direction of a Nurse.

In addition when functioning as the LMNA on staff this position will effectively and efficiently administer medications and treatments, under the direction of a Licensed Nurse.

He / she will function within the standards of practice as accorded and per state regulations.

Strong time management / organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.

LNA and LMNA Licensure in the state of Vermont and BLS required.
