We are currently seeking a Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Bethesda, MD, contributing to critical IT projects and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring seamless program execution and delivery of services.

Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting service desk and customer support teams with re-imaging, installing, and configuring computer equipment.
  • Assisting with inventory and tracking delivery of IT equipment. Preparing media for destruction.
  • Preparing equipment items for shipment to and from remote operating locations.
  • Supporting IT program planning and execution by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Assisting in developing program deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines.

Requirements

  • An active DoD SECRET clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must possess at least three years of IT office support experience.
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have experience utilizing standard information systems and have the ability to capture technical requirements from customers and data calls.
  • Must have strong customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to capture and develop metrics.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in program analysis or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with federal government programs and operations.
  • Previous experience working with military or defense contractors.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements.

The current salary range for this position will be $80,000-$105,000.
