Position Responsibilities :

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and schedules
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software to create accurate architectural designs and models
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges
• Communicate with clients and prospective clients to understand their architectural needs and provide suitable solutions

Position Essential Job Functions :

• Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
• Facilitate meetings with clients, presenting design concepts and providing updates on project progress
• Participate in the development of design proposals, including cost estimation and material selection

Position Skills :

• 5+ years of experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM
• Ability to stay organized and motivated to meet project deadlines
• NCARB certification or eligibility for certification
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
