Responsibilities :
- Project Coordination and Execution : Oversee and execute building automation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Technical Oversight : Supervise installations and maintenance of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Compliance : Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to improving project management processes and integrating new technologies.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building automation or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or building automation systems.
- Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, with a stable work history.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
