Kforce is looking for a highly passionate and driven Sales Professional with proven ability to build upon existing relationships within Key Accounts while identifying new opportunities across various departments.
This role drives the growth of the Firm through identification and engagement of current and prospective decision-makers, with an end goal of engaging Kforce as their staffing vendor of choice.
The Key Account Manager takes ownership of revenue generation, develops new opportunities, manages pipelines and executes account strategies.
This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, coupled with exemplary interpersonal skills, topped off with a win-win mindset.
Role and Responsibilities :
- Promote Kforce Staffing Services and Partner Solutions using appropriate value-based sales approaches and techniques, including team and / or consultative presentations that demonstrate ROI.
- Help develop and execute in-region or vertically-focused field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Qualify and prioritize new orders. Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms, and fees.
- Ensure client expectations regarding job orders are set and maintained; conduct follow-up activities with client contacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing customer business environment and needs. This will require spending time at the client site, client outings, and networking events.
- Provide coaching and advice to the client through the interview process, to include counter-offers.
- Work closely with recruiters in efforts related to candidate activities including quality assurance, candidate follow-up, candidate retention and extension, lead generation, re-marketing, and assignment end.
- Manage and submit accurate sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue into the CRM platform.
Requirements :
- Proven track record of consistent earnings and over-achievement in past and current Account Executive roles.
- Manage complex sales-cycles across our vertical offerings and present those to Director, VP, and C-level executives.
- Exhibit strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persist despite obstacles, setbacks and competing influences.
- Ability to self-motivate and self-direct. Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2-5 years of consultative sales experience within the technology staffing or IT consulting industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
