Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher at an elementary school in Ontario, OR. This contract position spans the full school year, providing a dedicated role supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's abilities and needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Utilize assessment data to inform teaching methods and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and pliance with state and federal special education regulations
• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth for students with disabilities
