Assistant Agronomy Manager SW Kansas
Ag 1 Source is looking for an Assistant Agronomy Manager to join a cooperative in Southwest Kansas. This position offers an exciting opportunity for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Agronomy Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with manufacturer representatives on programs and rebates to secure competitive pricing.
- Help develop and implement effective product lines that maximize profitability for both the cooperative and its members.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of chemicals, seeds, and fertilizers.
- Support purchasing activities for the agronomy department.
Qualifications :
- Strong agronomic skills, with a solid understanding of field operations and sales.
- Excellent customer service abilities, focusing on relationship-building with cooperative members.
- Leadership skills to manage and direct team members in daily and long-term plans.
- Familiarity with P&L statements and budgeting processes.
- Experience in working with vendors and developing effective programs.
Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
