2nd Shift Plastic Injection Machine OperatorMust Have 3 YRS Experience In Plastic Injection Molding & Submit a Resume RESPONSIBILITIES : To run product produced by injection molding presses.
- Visual inspection, trimming, and packing of injection molded plastic products.
- Ability to recognize molding defects, such as shorts, splay, burns, flash, color swirls, and contamination among others
- To fill out and maintain accurate production, scrap, and downtime paperwork.
- The ability to be trained to run multiple presses and products, and to able to do so at standard cycle times
- The operation of secondary equipment within the molding department as required for various jobs.
- To able to follow verbal and written instructions within an injection molding environment.
- To always abide all company and facility policies and safety standards.
- To help maintain a clean and safe working environment by following departmental and facility housekeeping standards.
- To participate in, and help maintain, all 5S and organizational events and systems within the molding department and manufacturing facility.
