Reduce E&O exposure.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the customer service and client segmentation strategy for your bookDevelop and maintain relationships with target market clients to ensure that service needs are met proactivelyManage client segmentation for your book of business, reviewed annuallyGain an understanding of client insurance objectives and make recommendationsAnalyzes and compares insurance plans to determine suitabilityProvide advice to clients on claims as neededCoordinate with Sales Executives to ensure a smooth onboarding processAct as liaison between clients and carriers to solve issuesUtilize carrier service centers as necessaryRetain clients and revenueLead your clients annual review process and deliver our customer service commitment based on client segmentationAbility to effectively communicate rate increases in a way that highlights our valueLead the remarket process with Associate Account Managers as necessaryNotify Channel Leader and Team Lead of at-risk accounts over $1k revenueGrow book by account rounding and asking for referralsDevelop new business revenue from existing accounts via cross sell and referralsContact clients on monoline list and prior year lost business report for opportunitiesPrepare and present insurance quotes to clients based on needReduce E&O exposureResponsible for ensuring all appropriate documentation in EpicHas an understanding of Michigan Essential Insurance Act and other regulatory requirementsJob RequirementsValid Michigan Property / Casualty insurance licenseCurrent with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states3+ years’ experience and demonstrated proficiency in insurance account management roleSuperior customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team environmentDemonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and agency management systemDepartment Account Management & ServiceRequired Experience : Required Travel : Required Education : HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race / ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
