We have an exciting opportunity for skilled and motivated Receptionists to join our team at

You should ideally have experience in a Healthcare environment as you will be required to meet and greet patients.

Main duties of the job

Our Receptionists provide a pivotal role in supporting our clinical teams and patients to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.

Based on reception you will be working directly with patients in the clinical environment, this is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an interest in healthcare.

Role responsibilities include :

  • Reception duties
  • Supporting all incoming queries into the centre
  • Chaperoning
  • Bookings of appointments
  • Processing of patients via our E-Systems

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, alongside a compassionate and enthusiastic demeanour.

A flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude is essential. Experience in an administration role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

You must also be able to demonstrate :

experience using Microsoft office

skills of organising filing systems and computer files

good customer service skills

excellent communication skills, as you will be both patient facing and using the telephone.

IT literacy

excellent organisational skills

the ability to work well under pressure

the ability to multi task
