Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Long Term Care - Extended Care Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Mid 4x8-Hour (3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM) Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off traveler up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks).
Orientation : 40 hours. Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in Skilled Long Term Care License : Discuss licensing expectations prior to application.
License processing takes approximately 7-8 weeks. Certifications : BCLS required Must-Have : Reliable transportation; must be able to float between like units.

- Expected to work within a 1 : 12 nurse-to-patient ratio.- Travelers are required to float between all facilities within a given state.
- Reliable transportation is expected with no additional scheduling restrictions.- Provide professional care while adhering to facility procedures and guidelines.
- Expected to complete modules pre-start and annually as part of the orientation process.- COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical / religious exemptions considered.
- Scrubs : Business Casual / Any basic color. Special Requirements : Flexible with time-off requests and availability for interview scheduling.
- Traveler must begin license application process ASAP if pending.- Communication device will be supplied if needed for assignment duties.
Note : Modules are non-billable and average 16 hours of self-reported completion.
