Job Title : Vice President Operations
Location : Florida, USA
Salary : $250,000 Base + Annual Performance Bonus + Merit Review
Working Hours : Full-time, flexibility required for occasional late hours
I'm currently looking to recruit a Vice President on behalf of my client, a prestigious and globally recognized luxury hospitality group.
Responsibilities :
- Report directly to the CEO and oversee Directors, Operations, and New Builds.
- Manage a team of 4-5 Directors, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.
- Support and enhance nightlife operations.
- Hands-on role with frequent late hours.
- Travel extensively for pre-opening activities, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and implement critical paths for new projects.
- Transition to reporting to the COO once appointed (expected within a year).
Requirements :
- 15+ years of senior-level management experience in upscale / luxury high-volume environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration or Business Management.
- Extensive experience in global, European hospitality; US exposure preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing operations and directors.
- Pre-opening experience with the ability to create and roll out critical paths.
- Strong alignment with our corporate culture and C-Suite vision.
Package :
- Base salary of $250,000.
- Annual performance bonus, calculated based on individual and group performance.
- Annual merit review in January, typically resulting in a 3-4% increase or more.
- Health insurance with 80% covered by the employer (higher costs for family plans), and dental and other insurances paid by the employee.
