Responsibilities :

• Leads management, development, execution, of Engineering Change Proposals within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain.
• Possesses a solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.
• Proven self-management and team-management skills.
• Ability to monitor and control project budgets.
• Capability to make decisions under pressure.
• Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills.
• Coordinates with various stakeholders, including JSP customers, Government POCs, Contracting Officer Representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of proposed technical solutions.
• Analyzes requirements and makes recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Document project approach and schedule using Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Inform COR of project completion, conduct Quality Assurance Inspection, and submit Independent Government Delivery, Receipt, and Acceptance Verification form (DI&A).
• Coordinate with JSP customers for timely acceptance of DI&A forms.
• Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.

Required Experience :

5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years in DoD IT environment Certification

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)

Certification Requirements :

Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)

Clearance :

Active Secret Clearance

Required Experience :

5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years in DoD IT environment Certification

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
