FT position provides technical expertise in supporting software applications. Assists end-users to understand business processes & needs, then implement applications that support such. Provides technical support & troubleshooting for systems / applications. Coordinates & collaborates with employees & others outside the organization, providing info / assistance. Practices cybersecurity awareness & refers identified security issues to sr. team members for resolution / mitigation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or IT / IS
• 4 yrs IT service design & delivery experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• IT cert, CompTIA, CISCO or similar preferred

Starting wage $51.09-$63.86 / hr DOE.
