Job Title : Front Desk Receptionist Radiology
Our medical facility is seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Radiology team at our Berkley and Waterford locations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors while efficiently managing the front desk operations of our radiology facility.
Responsibilities :
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance coverage
- Collect and process patient payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Coordinate with radiology technicians and physicians to ensure smooth patient flow
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office or radiology department required
- Provide exceptional customer service, check-in and check-out
- Insurance verification, collect patient fees, enter data accurately into patient's accounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer skills and medical software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Exceptional interpersonal skills and caring demeanor
Bilingual a plus
Prior medical office experience a requirement
