Our Client is looking to bring on a "Jack of All Trade", Full Time IT Infrastructure Engineer.What You Will Be DoingUtilizing best practices for IT Infrastructure architecture development, design, implementation, administration, and supportWorking and interacting with internal and external IT Infrastructure support teams in both remote work and close-knit office working conditionsEffectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical usersDelivering Infrastructure related updates, changes and modifications independently using functional / technical specifications and the IT Change Management processEmploying strong knowledge of Infrastructure management, administration, and supportIdentifying, collecting, processing, and organizing substantial amounts of information and data, which may be limited or incompleteAdvanced troubleshooting and problem solvingPrioritizing work on multiple projects simultaneouslyDay to day endpoint management and user troubleshooting of IT-related software and hardware issuesRequirements : Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent related IT Infrastructure experienceTraining and certifications will be consideredDemonstrated 8+ years of progressive experience as an infrastructure / network / server / desktop administratorA fundamental knowledge and ability to understand technology, information systems, data, and business processesKnowledge of, and ability to work in an Agile / Kanban project management environmentStrong quantitative ability and aptitude for quantitative learningStrong analytical and business writing skillsExcellent at troubleshooting and problem solvingAbility to present findings and technical proposals to internal and external customersProficiency with all Microsoft Office suite applicationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFlexibility to work after normal business hours and on weekends as neededCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States Technical Requirements : Role is : -60-70% networking (Cisco, load balancing, firewalls, etc.
