Restaurant Manager Responsibilities :
- Train, coach, and direct team set the bar high and never underdeliver ongoing training is key
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable
- Manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to every detail
- Maintain amazing customer interaction and retention
Restaurant Manager Qualifications :
- Must have at least 3 years of current experience in a Full-service Casual or Fast Casual high-volume Restaurant Manager role
- Scratch Kitchen experience is highly preferred in addition to strong Food Safety knowledge
- Strong and proven leadership qualities : friendly, coach mentality, leading by example, and upholding restaurant standards
- Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships
