About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Radiology / Cardiology - Nuclear Medicine Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 30 - 17 : 00) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum of 2 years required;
first-timers not accepted License : California state license (must be in hand; no temporary licenses accepted) Certifications : BLS, NMTCB Must-Have : Must commit to working 3 out of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) Job Description : Work in an acute care hospital environment with a total of 426 staffed beds.
- Engage in charting activities using the Epic system.- Must be willing to float between all facilities within the state as needed.
- Participate in a mandatory 40-hour orientation.- Complete non-billable modules, averaging 16 hours, pre-start and annually.
- Communication devices, if required for the assignment, will be provided.- Successful candidates must provide a minimum of two supervisory references covering a year of employment within the last three years in a similar specialty or setting.
- Adherence to COVID-19 vaccination requirements, with medical or religious exemptions allowed. Flu vaccine status is unknown.
