Assures the quality of housekeeping service / floor care that provides a sparkling clean, hygienic and safe environment that is patient and family centered.
General Responsibilities : Maintains housekeeping procedures throughout the facility which will insure a high level of cleanliness and quality.
Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory compliance for housekeeping procedures. Assists with the training of new staff. Can perform all tasks of the aide, floor tech and fills in all positions, as needed.
Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School graduate or Equivalent preferred.
One-year prior housekeeping experience required. Basic computer skills required. Prior floor tech experience preferred to include experience in all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.
