We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Illustrator and experience using Monday.
com. The ideal candidate will manage various design projects, coordinate with designers, and oversee print production processes.
This role requires strong project management skills, an eye for design, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
The ability to handle stress and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management :
- Lead and manage multiple creative projects from inception to completion.
- Assign tasks to designers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Monday.com.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and handle stressful situations.
- Design Coordination :
- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements and provide clear briefs.
- Review design drafts and provide constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and client specifications.
- Print Production :
- Work closely with printing companies and factories to prepare and finalize print files.
- Ensure all print files are accurate and meet technical specifications for production.
- Manage proofing process and address any issues that arise during production.
Requirements :
- Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within a creative environment.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation.
- Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software.
- Skills :
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
- Ability to handle stress and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
