Key Responsibilities :
Manage the daytoday operations of the IAM assessment program.
Coordinate the work of the assessment pods and ensure consistency in approach and deliverables.
Monitor the progress of the pods against the defined timeline and milestones.
Identify and manage program risks and issues escalating to the IAM Program Lead as needed.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate communication between the pods and the central team.
Required Skills and Experience :
5 years of experience in program management preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity domain.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices.
Relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL are highly desirable.
