Job Description
Prominent national law firm seeks an experienced Law Firm Receptionist to join their West Los Angeles office. The Legal Receptionist must have a strong customer service background and experience answering phones.
Receptionist responsibilities include :
- Answer, screen, and transfer all incoming phone calls
- Manage conference room calendars and scheduling
- Greeting guests
- Assisting with data entry of invoices and expenses
- Assist with overflow duties as needed
Compensation range of $20 - $25 / hour.
