California Licensed Primary Care Physician

A company is looking for a Primary Care Physician for remote weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote setting

Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists when necessary

Support patients post-discharge and engage in population health initiatives

Required Qualifications

Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine

3+ years of post-residency work experience

Minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting

Active CA state medical license; IMLC preferred

Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
