Our client Property Management firm in , NJ is seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. The position will be Monday to Friday, 9-5, on site in our in there New Jersey the firm is national.
The bookkeeper ill be responsible for about 700 units.will be an Assistant to our Bookkeeper
Job Requirements include :
Advanced Checkbooks, MS Excel, Yardi, ADP Payroll
Experience with HUD Section 8 Housing and HUD wires
Ability to handle all tasks of general bookkeeping including : A / P, A / R, bank reconciliations, reviewing vendors' Certificates of Insurance, weekly payroll and end of year audits.
Excellent command of the English language, plus administrative, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Required experience :
Bookkeeping : 5+ years - must have references
