The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following :
- Creating processes
- Ensuring quality meets expectations
- Leading continuous improvement projects
- Optimizing Materials Requirement Planning
- Creating best practices
- Working with Epicor software
- Creating Standard Operating procedures
- Creating training materials and training others
- Tracking labor
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position :
- Three years of experience in a hands-on manufacturing process improvement management role
- Two years of Enterprise Resource Planning Software experience
- Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- A manufacturing related degree
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
