Restaurant General Manager Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Restaurant / Brewery / Distillery GM in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong P&L knowledge and ability to manage all financials
• Skilled in inventory analysis and proficient with systems like Restaurant 365 or equivalent
• Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, finances, retail, and multi-revenue streams
• Ability to lead weekly manager meetings and enforce SOPs
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to both employees and guests
• Must be hands-on ; this is not an office-based role
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, and work side-by-side with the team
