What you'll be doing :
- Build and nurture relationships by making outbound calls to establish your book of business
- Sell and close deals with new and existing customers to meet their freight transportation needs
- Utilize negotiation skills to determine pricing with shippers and carriers
- Manage daily shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while addressing any issues that arise, 24 / 7 / 365
- Open and proactive communication, both internally and externally, maintaining transparency and trust
What you need :
- College degree preferred, but we have successful Sales Representatives without one
- A strong work ethic and the determination to outperform your peers
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- The ability to work in an office equipped with the latest technologies
- Prior sales experience is preferred, but we value individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring fresh perspectives
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
