HR Project Manager
A company is looking for a Principal HR Project Manager to oversee and manage HR projects within their People Solutions and Shared Services team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryUtilize Agile methodologies and project management tools to execute projects and maintain schedulesCollaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and conduct process analysisRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Project Management, or a related field5+ years of experience in HR Project Management and / or Business AnalysisProven experience in leading projects from inception to completionExperience with Agile execution methodologiesProject Management and / or agile certifications are preferred, such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master
