Perform all production tech tasks as needed / to supplement.The Pharmacy Compliance & Licensing Analyst will perform complex administrative support for the pharmacies' licenses / permits and compliance needs.
The duties of the Pharmacy Compliance & Licensing Analyst job require knowledge and skills beyond what are required for general office work.
The Compliance & Licensing Analyst ensures all pharmacy and professional licenses are obtained and renewed in a timely manner, processes licensing change requests, facilitates reporting requirements, and supports additional requests needed to maintain licenses / permits remain in good standing.
In addition, this role supports various compliance activities for the organization, such as maintaining all Board of Pharmacy documentation, conducts mock audits in accordance with Board of Pharmacy / DEA requirements, and supports payer contract requirements.
This role reports to the SVP Support Services / CCO.

Minimum Qualifications
- MD / NJ Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Behavior Competencies (PA does not require certification)
- Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, effective oral communication
- HS diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Experience in a pharmacy setting need to add # years
- Ability to operate a computer; ability to recognize and identify medications
Preferred Qualifications
- LTC / SP pharmacy Experience Skills / Knowledge
- Experience with pharmacy software (SuiteRx / IPC / Asembia1 / FrameworkMI / PrimeRx preferred)
