(USA) Senior Manager, Operations - Supply Chain EOC

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

As the Senior Manager of Operations Supply Chain EOC, you will be responsible for overseeing preparedness, management, and recovery efforts for all of Supply Chain, as well as connecting our Store, Merchandising and Transportation organizations.

This includes coordinating meetings for cross-function collaboration, business leads for tech enabled products, and managing messaging to senior leadership.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring disruptions to operations, including weather, traffic, threats, and more.
• React to disruptions accordingly and partner with appropriate teams to manage freight flow as needed.
• Consolidate reporting for executive leadership, provide written and verbal updates to multiple audiences.
• Identify opportunities and develop improvement plans with teams across various organizations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchandising operations, transportation, and internal teams.
• Professionally and tactfully push teams to think differently, react quickly, and identify way to remove barrier to execution.
• Develop dashboards via Looker, Power Bi, or Tableau through SQL queries, driving connection across business areas and creating increased visibility to cross-functional metrics.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in transportation and logistics, merchandising operations, or realty.
• Proven track record of managing high visibility projects and delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Preferred for Initiative Lead : Experience and ability to work within SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, preferred.
• Preferred for Remodel Lead : Ability to manage a budget and deliver timely results within budget constraints.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

1 year’s supervisory experience.
