About Us :

Strategic Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and support of SharePoint sites, as well as the integration of Microsoft products and workflows.

This role requires a candidate with both technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills to support end-users and collaborate on project strategy.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (BA or BS), or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with :
• SharePoint development and system administration.
• Integration with Microsoft Power Apps, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and .NET frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including :
• Integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft products and workflows.
• Developing and maintaining SharePoint sites, strategies, and standards.
• Providing end-user support for SharePoint applications.
• Performing system analysis, design, and documentation.
• Assisting with the development of enterprise strategies for communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities :

Microsoft SharePoint Development & Support

• Analyze, design, develop, and document new SharePoint sites as needed.
• Support and enhance existing SharePoint sites.
• Collaborate on developing enterprise strategies for SharePoint usage and integration with other tools.
• Provide strategic planning and detailed technical support for new and ongoing SharePoint projects.
• Ensure the creation and review of project deliverables.
• Offer demonstrations and training during project phases.

End-User Support

• Provide daily end-user support for SharePoint applications.
• Troubleshoot software issues, manage user accounts, and deliver training.
• Document development workflows and maintain user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Provide remote support as needed, including patch management and incident reporting.

Project Management & Communication

• Track project progress, identify risk factors, and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate meetings to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and deliver presentations for senior and executive management.
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse IT team and communicate with various stakeholders, including vendor staff and judiciary personnel.

Skills & Experience :

• Strong experience with SharePoint development and integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and track progress effectively.
• Knowledge of database integration within SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different levels of management.
• Familiarity with systems development methodologies and project management practices.
