Strategy And Operations Manager, YouTube Marketing

In this role, you will engage regularly with YouTube's CMO and her leadership team to establish Marketing's strategic direction, getting broad exposure to our entire business. You will work with teams in all YouTube geographies and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and People Operations to solve the toughest issues, drive high-priority projects, and achieve greater operational excellence within Marketing. You will become a trusted advisor and an essential partner to our executive team. You will have strong business acumen and operational aptitude as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels. You will have an approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, and comfort with broad-reaching and ambiguous questions.
