Soliant is looking for a Pre-K / Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing team in a Part-Time position for the Summer!
Qualified candidates will hold an active Educators License in the State of California*
Responsibilities :
- Teach approved curriculum to students provided by the administration guidelines.
- Provide a friendly and safe learning environment that meets the needs of diverse students.
- Track the progress of students and provide feedback to students, faculty, and parents.
- Create a functional and appropriate classroom environment that allows students to receive quality instruction by the effective use of lesson plan development strategies.
- Participate and attend school and district meetings as required.
- Support the Special Education program by implementing IEPs and 504 plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the administration, which may include, but are not limited to monitoring hallways, monitoring assemblies, and conducting parent-teacher conferences.
Licenses & Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree
- State of California Educators License (or the eligibility to get one before starting)
Preferred :
Previous successful classroom experience
Job Type : Full-Time (20 hours / week) 8 : 00 am to 12 : 00 pm
