- Engage in the MISO stakeholder process to address regulatory and compliance matters.
- Prepare and file regulatory documents, including FERC filings.
- Work closely with internal subject matter experts to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Provide legal advice on the MISO Tariff and related regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to respond to inquiries and provide strategic counsel.
- Contribute to other duties as assigned, supporting the overall legal and regulatory strategy.

- Must be licensed to practice law in one of the following states : Indiana, Arkansas, Minnesota, or Washington, DC.
- Expertise in administrative agency litigation and familiarity with appellate procedures.
- Knowledge of the electric or natural gas industries is a plus.
Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience and knowledge.

Qualifications
Education : Doctorate of Law (JD) (required)
Experience : 3 - 5 years : experience as a practicing attorney, with a strong preference for experience in federal energy regulations. (preferred)
