Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize contact center solutions to meet customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies
Analyze and adapt solutions based on changing technology and business requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proficiency in contact center technologies such as IVR, ACD, CTI, QM, WFM, and virtual agents
Experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions
Knowledge of telephony systems and call routing strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with contact center solutions
