PIT Operator

Exciting Opportunity Alert! Staffmark is hiring a PIT Operator in Grand Prairie, TX. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this is the role for you!

Pay : $20.75 / hour

Shift : 1st shift, Monday to Friday

What You'll Do :

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials efficiently.
• Use a handheld scanner with precision and attention to detail.
• Load and unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following the 7S program.
• Adhere to the Supply Chain quality policy and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence.
• Perform inbound receiving processes and support overall warehouse operations.

What You Need to Succeed :

• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when necessary.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Physically capable of bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with leadership and peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
