PIT Operator
Exciting Opportunity Alert! Staffmark is hiring a PIT Operator in Grand Prairie, TX. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, this is the role for you!
Pay : $20.75 / hour
Shift : 1st shift, Monday to Friday
What You'll Do :
- Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to move products, equipment, and materials efficiently.
- Use a handheld scanner with precision and attention to detail.
- Load and unload trailers as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following the 7S program.
- Adhere to the Supply Chain quality policy and demonstrate a commitment to process excellence.
- Perform inbound receiving processes and support overall warehouse operations.
What You Need to Succeed :
- 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when necessary.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Physically capable of bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with leadership and peers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
